Dave Manning is a project foreman and has been Sandy’s right-hand man for over a decade.  Dave is Arro’s master problem solver, constantly amazing his co-workers with his genius ideas.  He has yet to encounter a problem that has stumped him. His positive attitude and work ethic earns him respect and admiration from both co-workers and clients.  Dave is an accomplished concrete mason, metal fabricator and carpenter.

Though it seems like he never stops working, Dave enjoys spending time with his family in Ripton, working on anything mechanical, and exploring the backwoods of Vermont.
